  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil (for cooking)

For the Burger Sauce:

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice (or finely chopped pickles)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Bowls:

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • ½ cup pickles, sliced
  • ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup oven-baked potato chips or air-fried potato wedges

How to Make It

1. Cook the Beef
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add the ground beef and season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 7–8 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon until browned and fully cooked. Set aside.

2. Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt (or mayo), ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust if needed.

3. Assemble the Bowls
In 4 serving bowls, layer chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, shredded cheese, pickles, and crispy chips.

4. Add the Beef
Spoon the seasoned ground beef into each bowl.

5. Drizzle the Sauce
Generously drizzle the burger sauce over each bowl. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips

  • Use turkey or chicken mince for a lighter option
  • Try low-fat yogurt for a healthier sauce
  • Make it dairy-free by skipping cheese or using vegan alternatives
  • Add avocado or a boiled egg for extra protein
  • Swap chips for roasted sweet potatoes or air-fried fries

Meal Prep

These burger bowls work great for prep:

  • Store the beef and sauce separately from the veggies
  • Fridge: Keep everything in airtight containers for up to 4 days
  • Reheat: Warm the beef, then assemble fresh when ready to eat

Serving Ideas

  • Serve with extra chips or crusty bread
  • Add a side of corn on the cob or grilled veggies
  • Turn it into a wrap or stuff it in a pita pocket

These Burger Bowls are fresh, fun, and full of flavor. They’re a great way to enjoy all your favorite burger toppings in a lighter, healthier way—perfect for families, picky eaters, and anyone looking for a satisfying dinner without the bun.
